In Todoist the user manages projects and tasks in them. Tags and filters can be added to these items, but they are only available with a paid subscription.
The interface is simpler than the previous services, there are no boards, tasks are displayed as lists. To create a task, you need to click on the plus sign in the top panel on the right. You can add subtasks, deadlines, labels, set up reminders to your phone or email, add subtasks and assign priorities.
If you purchase the paid version, you can add files from your computer, Google Drive, and Dropbox to tasks in the comments, as well as attach voice messages.
Each project can be shared. Each of the tasks can be assigned to a specific performer. Notification of a task can be sent to a team member by mail.
Integrations with various services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Zapier, etc. are also available.
